A Notary Public performs specific notarial acts (acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, etc.). A Closing Agent is licensed to handle real estate closing and signing transactions. Different credentials — different scopes of service.
Documents often need more than a notarization to be accepted — especially for international use. These services are offered by Martin Kocher Notary to support the full document process.
If you need a U.S. document to be used in another country, it may require an apostille or authentication. I can guide you through the process — helping prepare and coordinate the notarization steps required before the document is submitted for apostille.
Need a document in another language? Translation services are available for clients who require translated documents as part of their document-processing needs — ideal alongside notarization and apostille preparation.
